Hyperliquid Perps on Mobile, Fees

Disclosure: CoinCodeCap has no commercial relationship with Dexari and earns nothing from this page. There are no affiliate or referral links here. We cover it because it is one of the few Hyperliquid front ends built for a phone first.

How we reviewed this: fees, custody, referral terms and legal terms were checked against Dexari’s own help center and Terms of Use, and Hyperliquid’s fee rules against the Hyperliquid docs, on 22 September 2026. Usage figures come from DeFiLlama’s public record of the fees Dexari earns on Hyperliquid. We did not fund an account, so nothing below describes live fill quality. The review was researched and drafted with AI assistance, and every figure was re-checked against the linked sources before publication.

In August 2025, Dexari collected about $129,000 in fees from its users’ trades on Hyperliquid. In August 2026 it collected about $13,150. That’s a 90% drop in a year. Dexari doesn’t publish user numbers, so this public fee record is the closest thing to a usage count anyone outside the company can check.

It doesn’t mean the app is broken. The App Store build was updated on 29 August 2026, the site is up, and the fee meter still ticks every day. The drop means Dexari’s launch crowd moved on, and that anyone picking a Hyperliquid app today should know what they’re paying for convenience.

TL;DR: Dexari is an iOS and Android app for trading perps and spot on Hyperliquid. Sign-up takes an email or an Apple or Google login, there’s no KYC, and you can export your private key at any time. It costs more than trading on Hyperliquid directly: Dexari’s entry-tier fee is 0.10%, which is the most Hyperliquid lets any front end charge on perps, and its own fee page says Hyperliquid’s fees may apply on top. For a casual trader who wants a clean mobile app, that’s a fair trade. For anyone trading $50,000 per month or more, it gets expensive fast.

How Dexari works

Dexari doesn’t run an exchange. Every order you place goes to Hyperliquid’s order book, the same book that hyperliquid.xyz and dozens of other apps trade against. Dexari supplies the app and the wallet, then adds its own fee to each trade.

Hyperliquid lets third-party apps attach a “builder code” to each order, which is how they get paid. Dexari earns its money through that code, which also lets DeFiLlama count its fees in public.

The company behind it is Dexari Inc., registered at a New York address and governed by Delaware law under its Terms of Use. It raised a $2.3 million seed round in mid-2025 led by Prelude, with Lemniscap co-leading. The founders came from Binance.US and the blockchain developer platform Tatum.

How the wallet works: no seed phrase to start, full export later

Dexari builds its wallets on Turnkey, a key-management service that stores private keys inside secure hardware enclaves. You log in with email, Apple or Google, and a passkey or Face ID protects sends and key exports.

You never see a seed phrase unless you ask for one. Dexari’s security page says you can export your private key or seed phrase whenever you want, and that export is what makes the app self-custodial in practice rather than in name. Do it on day one and store it offline. If you lose both your login and your passkey without an exported key, the funds are gone, and Dexari’s own docs say so.

We found no published security audit of Dexari’s app code. Turnkey itself is widely used, but that isn’t the same thing as an audit of the app that sits on top of it.

Dexari fees: the real cost of a $10,000 trade

Dexari publishes five volume tiers on its fee page, based on your rolling 30-day volume. The page adds one line that matters: “additional Hyperliquid fees may apply.” We read the table as Dexari’s own charge, with Hyperliquid’s fee added on top.

Hyperliquid caps builder fees at 0.1% on perps and 1% on spot. So the Legion rate, which is where almost every new user starts, sits exactly at the ceiling Hyperliquid allows. Hyperliquid’s own base rate for perps is 0.045% taker and 0.015% maker, as our Hyperliquid fees breakdown explains in full.

For a $10,000 market order on a perp, opened and then closed, the fees work out like this:

Even on the generous reading, Dexari costs about twice as much as trading on Hyperliquid’s own site. On the stricter reading it’s roughly three times as much. The higher tiers close most of that gap, but you need $2 million per month in volume before the Dexari fee drops to 0.06%.

Transfers are cheaper than the trading fees suggest. Dexari pays the gas on Arbitrum, Optimism, Base and BNB Chain, so sending on those networks is free. Moving funds from your main wallet into the perps account costs a flat $1 from Ethereum and nothing from an L2. Pulling money back out of Hyperliquid costs Hyperliquid’s own $1 withdrawal fee. The smallest transfer into the perps account is 5 USDC.

Markets: 300+ perps, stocks and a 40x cap

Because it trades on Hyperliquid’s books, Dexari lists what Hyperliquid lists: more than 300 perp and spot markets. That includes the newer HIP-3 markets, where outside teams deploy perps on US stocks, indices, commodities and pre-IPO names. The same design sits behind trade.xyz and Outcome, Hyperliquid’s stock-perp and prediction-market venues.

Dexari’s site states a 40x maximum on crypto perps. Older marketing copy says 50x, so treat 40x as the working number. Charts are TradingView’s, and the order ticket covers market, limit, take-profit, stop-loss and TWAP orders. We found no copy-trading feature.

The 2025 roadmap promised yield, borrowing and a Dexari card. We found no sign on Dexari’s site or help center that any of them has launched, so don’t pick the app for them.

KYC and who can use Dexari

Dexari doesn’t ask for ID. Buying USDC with a card goes through MoonPay, and MoonPay may run its own identity checks, but that’s the on-ramp partner’s process rather than Dexari’s. If you arrive with crypto, you can trade without ever uploading a document. That matches how Hyperliquid handles KYC at the protocol level.

The Terms of Use, last updated 26 February 2026, don’t publish a country list. They say Dexari may block access from locations “based on regulatory requirements”, that you agree you’re in an authorised location, and that using a VPN to get around a block can get your account terminated without notice. US-embargoed countries and people on US restricted-party lists are excluded outright.

For US readers, the honest answer is that the terms don’t settle it. A New York company offering no-KYC perps to Americans would be unusual, so check what the app lets you do from your location before depositing anything.

The referral program

Dexari runs a referral program, and its terms are generous by front-end standards. A referrer earns 25% of a friend’s Dexari fees for 90 days, then 10% until 12 months after the friend signs up. The friend gets a 10% fee discount for their first 90 days.

You need more than $10,000 in trading volume before the app will create a code for you, and codes can’t be changed once made. Earnings are claimable once they reach $10 USDC.

What the fee record says about usage

Dexari doesn’t publish user counts, but its builder fees are public on DeFiLlama. Monthly totals, rounded:

All-time fees stood at about $638,000 on 21 September 2026. If every dollar of August’s $13,150 had been charged at the 0.10% entry rate, that works out to roughly $13 million of monthly volume. Higher-tier traders pay less per trade, so the true figure is somewhat higher, but it’s still a small slice of Hyperliquid’s total.

Most of Dexari’s fees came in its first six months, from July to November 2025. Since February 2026 it has earned between about $2,700 and $18,700 per month. The App Store listing shows 24 ratings at 4.7 stars, which is a very small sample for an app more than a year old.

Dexari vs other ways to trade Hyperliquid on a phone

You don’t need a dedicated app to trade Hyperliquid on mobile. Here’s how the main routes compare:

Dexari pros and cons

Expert tip: Use limit orders. Dexari’s tiers quote one rate for both sides, but Hyperliquid’s own maker fee is a third of its taker fee, so resting orders trim the part of the bill that isn’t Dexari’s. Export your key before your first deposit, too.

6 questions people ask about Dexari

Is Dexari safe?

Dexari is self-custodial: keys are held in Turnkey’s secure enclaves and you can export your private key at any time, so your funds sit on Hyperliquid rather than with the company. We found no published security audit of the app itself, and losing both your login and passkey without an exported key means losing the funds.

What are Dexari’s fees?

Dexari charges 0.10% on perps and spot at its entry tier (under $500k of 30-day volume), falling to 0.01% on perps above $10M. Its fee page says Hyperliquid’s own fees may apply on top; Hyperliquid’s base perp rate is 0.045% taker and 0.015% maker.

Does Dexari require KYC?

No. Dexari doesn’t collect ID. If you buy crypto by card through MoonPay, MoonPay may run its own checks.

Can US users trade on Dexari?

Dexari’s Terms of Use don’t publish a list of blocked countries. They reserve the right to block locations for regulatory reasons and forbid using a VPN to get around a block. Check what the app allows from your location before depositing.

Is Dexari cheaper than trading on Hyperliquid directly?

No. Trading on hyperliquid.xyz costs only Hyperliquid’s fee. Dexari adds its own fee, which at the entry tier roughly doubles or triples the cost of a trade depending on how its fee table is read.

Does Dexari have a referral program?

Yes. Referrers earn 25% of a friend’s Dexari fees for 90 days, then 10% until 12 months after sign-up, and the friend gets a 10% fee discount for 90 days. You need more than $10,000 in trading volume before you can create a code.

Bottom line: Dexari is a well-built way onto Hyperliquid for someone who has never held a seed phrase. The login is easy, the key export is real, and you get the full Hyperliquid market list on your phone. You pay for that at the fee line, where the entry tier sits at the maximum Hyperliquid allows. Small, occasional traders won’t feel it much. Anyone trading real size every week should set up a wallet and use Hyperliquid directly, or at least keep Dexari for checking positions away from a desk.

Reviewed 22 September 2026 against Dexari’s help center and Terms of Use, Hyperliquid’s documentation, and DeFiLlama’s fee record. Fees, tiers and access rules change; check the Dexari site before trading. Perpetual futures can lose more than you expect very quickly. Nothing here is financial advice.
